1. What information does WebZactly collect from you?
   Currently WebZactly does not employ the use of cookies however there is one login for clients only. The login is not required and is used only for authenication purposes. No information is ever given to third parties. The only logging that is done is that of the web server for statistical information such as, how many visitor have been to the site. We do have one form on the site that collects user input. This form is our contact form. The data collected from the user is only that which they provide in the form and is handled only by the management staff of WebZactly.

   Currently we collect information from users in only one place on the site. This is contact form. In this instance the data collected from the user is only that which they provide in the form. Optional contact methods are posted on the site that do not require input information.

The statistical information mentioned above is collect by the company that hosts the WebZactly's website and is made available to the WebZactly management.    Currently WebZactly's login section for our clients does not allow for updating of client information via the client. After logged in the client may view or download information however changes that may need to be done based on feedback from a client or based on WebZactly management decision can only be done by an representative of WebZactly. WebZactly retains the rights to make changes to this section at any time without warning.
